Gold Rises With Dollar Down

Gold prices rose Wednesday after a four-day losing streak, as the dollar index dropped 0.22 percent. Gold added $5.20 on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange to reach $1,423.70 per troy ounce. May delivery oil in New York shed 50 cents to $104.29 per barrel.
